Woven Fusible Interlining and Buckram Portfolio

What is Woven Fusible Interlining?

As a full-range woven fusible interlining manufacturer, we produce across a wide GSM spectrum to cover every application in the garment finishing process.

Our woven interlining for collars and cuffs starts at 110 GSM with a medium soft touch finish, giving dress shirts a clean, structured appearance without excessive stiffness. Subsequently, moving up the range, formal and semiformal shirts widely utilize our medium hard and hard touch grades between 195 and 202 GSM as interlining. Ultimately, at the top of our range, 385 GSM hard touch fusible buckram fabric delivers the firm support needed for stiffened waistbands, and industrial bag linings.

All our products are available in white and black, with roll widths between 45 and 60 inches. Furthermore, we supply in bulk buckram rolls as well as cut lengths to suit your production setup.

Our Product Range: From Soft Touch to Industrial Grade

Woven fusible interlining, widely known in the trade as buckram, is a tightly woven fabric coated with a heat-activated HDPE adhesive on one side. When pressed with heat, this coating bonds permanently to the outer fabric, adding structure, body, and shape retention to garment components. At Sadiq Interlinings, we use the terms woven fusible interlining and buckram interchangeably because they refer to the same family of products we manufacture. GSM and finish determine the difference between grades: manufacturers use lighter grades between 110 and 200 GSM as shirt interlining for collars and cuffs, while heavier grades from 200 GSM upwards serve as stiff buckram for garments such as waistbands, bag linings, and structured suit fronts.

Our HDPE coated interfacing is built to withstand repeated washing, dry cleaning, and ironing without delaminating or losing stiffness. This makes it the preferred choice for manufacturers who supply formal wear, corporate uniforms, and export-quality apparel.

Why Garment Manufacturers Choose Sadiq Interlinings

Buying garment finishing materials from the wrong supplier creates problems that show up after production, not before. Poor bonding, uneven stiffness, and shrinkage during washing are common complaints buyers bring to us after switching from cheaper alternatives.

At Sadiq Interlinings, every roll of fusible stay tape and buckram fabric goes through quality checks before it leaves our factory. Consequently, our HDPE coating is applied uniformly. In addition, our GSM ratings are consistent across batches, and our woven base fabric is sourced to maintain tensile strength across the width of the roll.

  • Global Quality Compliance: Manufactured under strict ISO-9001 and OEKO-TEX quality management protocols ensuring consistent shrinkage control (<1.5%).

  • Strong HDPE Polymer Bonding: Sadiq Interlinings uses 100% cotton woven base fabric with pure high-grade HDPE polymer coating, producing a solid fusing bond that holds firmly through industrial washing, dry cleaning, and steam pressing without delamination or bubbling.

  • Local Capacity, Global Delivery: Based out of our advanced industrial facility in Gujranwala, offering flexible MOQ options for local apparel units and container-load exports worldwide.

We are an industrial buckram supplier in Pakistan with the production capacity to handle wholesale interlining fabric orders for both local garment factories and international buyers. Samples are available on request so you can test our products in your production line before placing a bulk order.

Custom GSM and Finish Types Available

We understand that no two garment manufacturers have identical requirements. This is why we offer custom GSM specifications and finish types of Soft touch and Ultra Hard across our woven fusible interlining and fusible buckram fabric range. Therefore, if you need a specific stiffness level, a particular roll width, or a finish not listed in our standard catalogue, our production team will work with you to develop it.
